Project 19 was formed as a studio band in 2001 by singer song-writer Steve Castetter, Tim Allen, and Rob
Dillow. In late 2003, the Independent Label record, simply titled "Project 19",
was released.
In 2007, the "Live Band" version of Project 19 was created to promote both
recordings. Along with Castetter,
Allen, and Dillow, Keyboardist Kirk Fogleman, Bass Player Greg Beaver, and
Drummer Michael Kincaid round out the lineup.
Combined, Project 19 has in excess of 100 years of "Live" experience on stage. The live
show has been created with the common theme of "Having Fun" with many audience
participation songs throughout. It
combines a mixture of Classic Rock and New Country cover
tunes,
with some original songs added into the set.
As an independent recording artist, we use every available resource
to promote ourselves. Our
first CD, simply titled "Project 19", was
released in 2003 and our
original song "I've Got The
Time" hit #27
in the world on Indie Music website,
GarageBand.
Our new 12 song CD titled "Songs About Drinkin' (and other love
songs)" should be finished
very soon. With much anticipation, the
all new NEON
CORNFIELD STUDIOS is now open
and the final tracks will be laid down soon.
